From the moment you arrive inside, you will be captivated by its beauty and functionality. Summary: My sister, her two young adult granddaughters and I have an annual tradition of making our way to the sugar sand beaches of Santa Rosa Beach. This year was the best! 7 Palms was the perfect location for everything. The distance to our spot on the beach from the townhouse was .07 miles. The boardwalk was partially covered with beautiful trees. Our townhouse was the perfect amount of space for us, having 3 bathrooms for 4 females was definitely a bonus. Our host was amazing from start to finish. Every question was answered promptly, professional with sweet Southern Hospitality. Every detail thought out to make our stay perfect!! Thank you Kristi! We’ll be back!

Summary: We absolutely loved our time at Seacrest Beach and this place added to our joy immensely. Kristi has done a great job making this place feel beachy and homey. The kitchen is extremely well equipped for cooking meals at home. The location is wonderful and the private beach access just awesome. We were able to avoid the crowds of Labor Day. Kristi was wonderful to work with from the very beginning all the way to the end when I left my wallet in the room and she went out of her way to make sure it comes back to me. She is an awesome host!! We hope to book with her again next year.

Summary: Check in process couldn’t have been easier. Minutes away from Alys beach and just a little bit (10 min) further to rosemary for all the drinks and food you need. If we come back to this area we will 100% book this property again!

Summary: The townhome was spotless and on a beautiful quiet street. Steps to a private beach. We have stayed in 30A many times and this may be our favorite rental.
