Positive: A spacious appartment with free parking in the middle of the city, but quiet. The picture of the backyard is accurate, but not really comfortable to be used, as it is a shared garden and belongs to everybody. Owner communicates well indeed

Negative: The smell everybody mentioned, and there was dark hair on the floor from a woman, so it seemed a bit filthy. I took the vacuum cleaner and had to empty than one first prior to use. We stored our bikes in the balcony heading to the street and locked them well, but one was stolen anyway in the same night. I cannot confirm this place is dangerous though. Just be careful and keep the blinds down. The keys were handed to us personally, but with little enthusuasm. It was cooler inside than outside, which made it unpleasant to just be there.. And yes, the parking is small, see pictures
