Summary: We stayed at 310D and it was a great stay. The villa is very clean and had everything we needed, with a balcony overlooking the pool. The location was perfect for us and it was very quiet. We hope to be back soon when we are in Boca.

Summary: If you are looking for a quiet place to stay in Boca Raton, I highly recommend the Courtside Villas. This project is located just minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. My wife and I spent a month there and appreciated the cleanliness of the unit and its surroundings. The condo was very well equipped and very welcoming. We were impressed by the efficiency of the property manager. He was helpful and friendly. We will return there without hesitation.
