Located on the eastern coast of Mallorca, south of Capdepera, the 2-storey Finca Can Caragol De Dalt combines rustic, natural materials of a Majorcan country house with a contemporary interior on 315 m² living space. Originally built for agricultural purposes, the beautiful finca was completely renovated at the beginning of 2019 as part of a family project and now offers a large living/dining room with a comfortable couch, industrial décor and artistic touches, a fireplace, a very well-equipped open kitchen, 4 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed, 2 with a double bed each, one with 2 single beds), 4 ultra-modern bathrooms as well as a half-bath. It can therefore accommodate 8 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV, a cot and a highchair.
The property has a radiant floor heating system ideal for winter, and has fiber optics which allows high connectivity.
In the large outdoor area, embedded in a 21,000 m² area of fields and grasslands, you will find a sun terrace with lounge furniture and sun recliners adjoining a pool. Let yourself be enchanted by the Mediterranean atmosphere, sunbathe on the wide lawn and breathe in the aroma of the citrus trees. You will also find a barbecue and a covered dining area where you can enjoy delicious meals in the fresh air. From here and from the terrace on the upper floor you can enjoy the view of the mountain range on the horizon. The nearest restaurant is 500 metres away and a selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are within 3 km or a 4-minute drive. You reach the beautiful sandy beach Platja de Canyamel after 4 km or a 5-minute drive. Swim in the sea, listen to the rhythmic sound of the waves and leave the worries of everyday life behind you. A selection of golf courses, swimming pools and water sports facilities can additionally be found after a few kilometres. The historic towns of Capdepera and Artà are ideal for day trips and visits to historical sites.
