Exclusive modern apartment in a private property in a quiet area right on the Mediterranean Sea.
There is a platform on the rocks by the sea where you can watch the sunrise every morning, 50 meters from the apartment.
Large private patio for sunbathing and barbecues. 1 bedroom with double bed, sheets and duvets,a buit-in double wardrobe, full length mirror and a choice of pillows. Lounge area with sofa, TV, coffee table and fully equipped breakfast bar with induction plaque, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, cutlery and crockery and cooking utencils. Bathroom with a half bath, shower, sink, bidet and hairdryer. Air conditioning.WIFI connection. All rooms face the sea.
The large private patio has a gas barbecue, outside shower, table, chairs, washing stand, sun-loungers and sun-shades.
There is a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board,sink and dryer.
We can offer our guests, free of charge : parasols, beach towels, coolbox and beach basket for the beach, snorkeling gear and fishing tackle. The sea is only a few yards away for swimming, snorkeling and fishing. Parking is right outside the door.

Summary: The Apartment is a perfect place to stay for vacation. It is not that big but it has all you need and fits perfectly for two people. The owners are very kind and welcoming and there was an easy communication.

Summary: My husband, our 5-month-old baby and I stayed 10 days in this cute apartment and had a very lovely time. The huge terrace was perfect to enjoy the sun, breakfast or dinner. Jayne and Miguel were super friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommended to everybody who looks for a place to stay close to the beach

Summary: Claudia Jane and Miguel are super hosts and made us feel very welcome. Brando,their dog, is also very welcoming and is the biggest and sloppiest dog I have ever met! The accommodation is perfect and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The town is a lovely walk along the seafront with great restaurants. Super beaches close by and easy to walk to from Cala Ratjada.

Summary: Friendly and helpful owners. Perfect accommodation that is private from owners main accommodation. Well equipped and spacious. Lovely area for sitting out, relaxing and listening to the sea. Short walk to sea and beaches. Restaurants and shops nearby.

Summary: Jayne and miguel are excellent hosts and really helpful with local whilst respecting your privacy. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and completed to a high standard. The location is far enough from the town centre to be quiet but also within easy walking distance of a good range of restaurants. Would highly recommend :-)

Summary: Great location and base for us to explore the north and east of the island. Perfect little apartment with all facilities required for our stay. Comfy bed, great kitchen facilities and outdoor barbque. Outdoor terrace has sea view and is very private, sunny in morning and shaded in the afternoon which was welcome in the hot humid conditions. Short walk to nearest beach and great snorkelling off the rocks in the clearest torquoise waters you can imagine. Marina and centre of town can be reached along coastal footpath. Favourite beach was Cala Agulla (parking €5) and Cala Molto is just a short walk across headland to a pretty little natural cove with excellent swimming and snorkelling. Thank you to Jayne and Miguel for making us welcome and kind hospitality.

Summary: It was our first time in Mallorca and we loved it. The apartment was so clean and fresh with everything we needed and so comfortable. The outdoor patio area was spacious and so sunny from early morning to after lunch. The sea is just at the end of the road and you can swim from the rocks or walk along to the beach at Son Moll (and others). We hired a car so visited lots of different beaches and towns, but I reckon you could get around easily by bus. Jayne and Miguel were so friendly and welcoming and were really helpful when we wanted to book a balloon flight and also for local recommendations. Highly recommended.

Summary: My wife and I had a most enjoyable two weeks in this really excellent apartment. A large and secluded patio well provided with table, chairs and loungers. Very private although Jayne and Miguel were on call if anything was needed. They are a very welcoming couple and we highly recommend their apartment for a relaxing stay. Summary: I agree with Alison B.; this is a lovely little place to stay. We hired bikes for a few days and they were perfect for nipping in and out of town along the seaside path. Cala Ratjada is quite a busy place with lots of places to eat and drink, and some big sandy beaches, which get very crowded in summer. But if you are prepared to venture a bit further afield there are some isolated quiet places. We took beach shoes with us, which are ideal for walking over sharp rocks to get into the sea where there is no beach, and then the schnorkelling is great.

Summary: A wonderful apartment, thoughtfully and generously equipped both inside and out by its friendly owners - whilst all the usual self-catering equipment is present, we weren't expecting things like a gas barbeque, sun loungers as well as patio table and chairs and an orange juicer! The apartment (spotlessly clean) is part of the owners house and has its own separate entrance and patio area which is private and not overlooked. It is situated in an incredibly peaceful area yet only a minutes walk to the sea (where swimming and snorkelling are possible), 5 minutes to the nearest beach and 10 minutes to town. The property lends itself to either complete relaxation (we spent a lot of our time on the patio) or as a base for exploring this beautiful island with its old towns and villages, spectacular mountains and stunning coast and beaches. We did hire a car during our stay for convenience of airport transfers etc, but it would be quite possible to manage here without as there are a multitude of small supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance and a bus stop nearly outside the property. We found the cost of living significantly cheaper than the UK. Overall we were most impressed and plan to revisit. Thanks to Jayne and Miguel for making us so welcome and comfortable.
