This detached villa is very quietly situated in an idyllic pine forest and is very close to the beach. The approx. 3,600m² property is fully fenced and therefore ideal for children and dogs. The huge terrace with garden furniture, parasols and garden loungers invites you to linger and sunbathe. After an extensive sunbath, you can refresh yourself in your own pool (10x5m). Breathtaking pool and garden lighting provides a cosy end to eventful days with a barbecue.

In the garden you will also find a cosy guest house with a living area and a small kitchenette with fridge. A queen-size bed awaits you in the sleeping area. A small shower room completes the offer.
The approx. 320m² luxurious villa is flooded with light and cosy thanks to its warm colours and large windows. Stylish furnishings emphasise the upmarket ambience. Four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms offer all travellers plenty of space and privacy. Two mobile toddler beds, four bathrooms, living/dining room, large kitchen, pantry/laundry room, dressing room and private parking spaces await you. The 45m² kitchen is a paradise for amateur chefs. In addition to all the essential kitchen utensils, you will also find a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, spices, fridge, hob and toaster. The dining table for eight people invites everyone to eat together and socialise. In the large living room with two seating areas and a large 75-inch flat-screen TV, you will also find plenty of space on approx. 70m².
The master bathroom has a large corner bath. A separate guest bathroom also has a shower. The villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room. Internet connection and an ironing board and iron complete the offer.
The villa is in a very quiet location and yet the most important destinations can be reached quickly. Restaurants, shops, nightlife, amusement parks, etc. can be reached within ten to 30 minutes.
There are no stairs in the villa, so it is also suitable for wheelchair users. Please note that pets are only allowed in individual cases and by prior arrangement.
