The apartment consists of a bedroom (with TV, a double bed, a single sofa bed…), a living room (with TV, stereo, a convertible sofa bed and a double wardrobe bed…), kitchen (with washing machine, hob, oven, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, microwave…), bathroom with bathtub and a parking space in the basement. It is in a gated condominium on a ground floor whose balcony overlooks the garden and the two pools. It has air conditioning, cable TV and WIFI (internet is paid separately). It is located at Rua das Grevilleas, in the Falésia Marina Building, 750m from Vilamoura Marina and 900m from Falésia Beach. We have a crib and a highchair available.
Check-in is usually from 18:00 and check-out until 13:30.
It is a very quiet area and at the same time close to the center and the beach where you can enjoy your holidays in comfort. It is also one of the closest Vilamoura areas to the best beach in the region, Falésia beach. Maximum capacity is 4 adults and 2 children.

Summary: We have just returned home after a fabulous 6 week stay. The apartment was perfect for us in a great location and within easy reach of supermarkets, the beach and marina. Communication with Filipe was excellent and the accommodation exactly as described. The pool and garden area were well kept and maintained. We would highly recommend Filipe’s apartment and hope to return again in the future. Thank you Filipe.

Summary: Filippe was amazing, would recommend as a place to stay, my wife has trouble walking, so we used uber's to go into the marina, they cost on average 3 euro 20, which is well worth the money, can't wait to come back next year,apartment was clean and tidy,and well equipped for a week's stay,pool area very good.

Summary: Myself and my daughter have just had a 5 night stay here. We loved it! 10min walk to the marina,where there is a good choice of bars and restaurants. The apartment was very well equipped and at this time of year was very quiet. Perfect for a short get away. Thank you Filipe we hope to return soon!

Summary: My daughter and I had a lovely time at the condo. We had underground parking, a full kitchen and two patios. The host provided everything we could have wanted. Extra towels would have been handy as you have to dry your laundry outside. The beds could use new mattresses but it was certainly nice to have the bonus of the Murphy bed. With a little updating (needs a new couch) I would give this condo a 10 out of 10. Thank you and Obrigada!

Summary: My husband and I had the most relaxing 10 nights in Filipe’s apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival and had everything we needed for our stay with a well fitted out kitchen. The apartment is very spacious for two people but can accommodate up to 6 people. The pool area and gardens are immaculate with regular maintenance being carried out. Filipe was an amazing host and replied to all our queries in a very timely manner. The area itself is very quiet and has a great supermarket within 10 mins walk. Loved our stay here and have already rebooked for next year !
