The combined living/bedroom has: comfortable double bed 200 x 210 cm (two single beds possible on request), sofa, coffee table, chest of drawers, dining table with 2 chairs, large wardrobe, shoe cabinet, 32" flat screen LCD TV, a DVD Player and internet flat rate DSL/W-LAN).
The modern kitchen there are: fridge with freezer compartment, microwave with grill, ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a complete set of dishes and cookware. The very high quality and modern designed bathroom with glass shower, washing machine and toilet are bright white. As a free service, we also provide you with bed linen, towels, iron and ironing board, drying rack, laundry basket, hair dryer and a vacuum cleaner. The house has three terraces and a garden for shared use. Three more washing machines and a dryer as well as a bicycle room are in the house. A parking space in the underground car park can also be rented separately.
