Relax, unwind, and enjoy our beautiful resort setting and its amenities in this cozy one-bedroom condo in Delavan, WI. This condo suite has a king size bed in a separate bedroom and features a pull-out sofa bed in the living area to accommodate additional guests. Full bathroom features an Anti-Fog Mirror. Enjoy an evening on the (parking lot facing) balcony or take in the panoramic Lake Views from the spacious front lobby’s seating area. You and your guests are cordially invited to enjoy all that our resort property has to offer, including the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, game room and fitness center, making it perfect for your family’s weekend retreat or an exciting, romantic getaway. The kitchenette features all the amenities you will need for an easy meal or quick snack.
The kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dishes & utensils, and coffee maker with complimentary coffee. (Please note, there is no stove top or oven.) This unit also includes a countertop griddle and pizza oven.

Please note, parking at this property is limited. When the hotel is full, we will issue one parking permit per unit. Please plan accordingly as we are not able to guarantee any additional parking. Please display your permit on your dashboard. Trailer parking is not permitted. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner's expense. For any questions or concerns, please call the front desk.
There is limited public parking in front of the resort, on our side of the street. Please be aware, this is public parking and not under our control and the terrain is irregular. The Town of Delavan requires anyone who chooses to park on the roadside to have all four tires on the grass or the town has the right to tow and ticket your vehicle or trailer.

Summary: This was a lovely place. The whole resort was clean and newly renovated and the condo itself was very nice as well. We loved the balcony and going to watch the sunset out back. Beautiful place. We will be back!

Summary: Compared to the higher priced Lake Geneva on lake resorts this was a pleasant discovery and we will be back. The staff and especially (Susan I think) was a great ambassador for the property and the surrounding area--put us on to some great area day trips and dining options. Should have stayed longer!

Summary: The property was GREAT and I want to be sure to compliment Todd (Property Manager) and his staff helping us deal with an unexpected issue where we'd checked into a room that did not have a "Lake view" as we had thought we'd chosen online. Although it's unclear how the issue occurred (we'd felt sure that we'd signed up for a lake view unit); Todd made several phone calls to try and get us into a different lake-view unit and helped us with the cancellation/rebooking process. We ended up in a unit right next to the water and Todd offered a very reasonable compromise on the nightly rate. Once again, thanks to Todd and his staff for going the extra mile to get us taken care of ! Steve V.
