Positive: Big house with complete equipment and great outside amenities. Clean and quiet.
Negative: What nobody tellls you is that the House is in the Vegas flight path for aircrafts. They are still high in the air but every 5 minutes there will be planes. Unfortunately, the landlord is very unfriendly. We were helping the cleaning person during check-out (earlier than normal at 10am) and he rudely wrote us to vacate the house.

Positive: The property was spacious and clean, with all the amenities of home. The location was safe and had plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.
Negative: Our only issue was that the house was not cooling prior to our arrival. With Vegas temperatures over 100 degrees and our 3 PM check-in time, we had to wait several hours for the large home to cool down. If someone had been able to start the cooling process before our arrival, that would have been perfect!
Summary: Great stay! Our first Vegas Airbnb experience was absolutely amazing and set the bar pretty high for other properties. T
