Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The house was amazing inside and had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen, very modern bathrooms and general accommodations. We loved the quiet neighbourhood and very short walk to explore the beach. It was a great place to getaway from our daily routines and re connect with old friends.

Summary: House had everything we needed but views weren't as shown on the listing. Grounds were not clean or maintained. Tip for renters: Kitchen is upstairs. Easiest to bring food, etc. thru front door. Bedrooms and bigger bathrooms are downstairs. Suitcases, duffels are easier thru downstairs door.

Summary: We had a wonderful time, it is a beautiful property, exactly what you'd hope for, with great hospitality. Chris was excellent communicating as soon as we had booked, and shared a guide about the area. We had 8 people stay, ranging from small children, grown children (20s) and adults and all enjoyed. Beautiful decor, kitchen, and space for adults, but by having a large room downstairs kids had somewhere for them to play and have quiet time, and loved the wrap around deck and playing trucks in the large space out front. Great spot close to parks and beaches, and a bit quieter than the main Parksville area. Playground and walking trail to Fanny Bay nearby. We loved it and highly recommend. Chris was an excellent host and much appreciated the professionalism, organization, amenities thoughtfully taken care of, and quick response if any questions. Thank you! Brenda and family.
