Summary: Loved this location. Coffee shop nearby, which was terrific. Easy Uber ride to Broadway/12South/Gulch. Had a couple of small issues when we first checked in, but reached out to host and everything was taken care of in less than 30 minutes.

Summary: Property was fine. Disappointed how many stairs there were, did not see all that In vrbo description. 2 sets 19 stairs, first set from street level up to main floor and another set to 2md floor. We are all over 70 so did not enjoy all the stairs. Little noisy at night hearing trains, and a ceiling vent 2nd floor bathroom rattled. Prompt communication from property manager when asked questions. Clean condo, about 15 minutes from downtown

Summary: Friends wanted to go to a place to be nearby the city was only a few minute drive to downtown. Overall property was very clean and easy to get in and out.

Summary: Overall we enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and well maintained. Check-In Check-Out was super easy and convenient. Downside was the overall location. Far from popular destinations like Broadway requiring a car rental or Uber/lyft. Area was very industrial with nothing within walking distance. Only other downsides were Pillows were horrible and the kitchen has the very bare minimum. Be prepared for LOTS of stairs you’ll need to carry luggage up!

Summary: The exterior and interior of the complex was perfect for what we needed. The location is a little different at first but when you take into account how easy it is to get anywhere, it was great. The property manager was quick to respond to our questions and checked in with us a few times. We highly recommend this property when visiting Nashville.
