Summary: Beautiful area, nice accommodations. Easy payment and ability to correspond with realtors. You may need to change the description from queen bed to full size. Update the TV guide in the binder and opt for different package, channel slection was poor. Better information regarding laundry, this is not adequate for older people going outside and down cellar steps. Although the beach entrance maybe 1/4 mile, when walking the actual beach is almost a mile.

Summary: We enjoyed this super clean, private cottage so much! It was a safe, quick walk to Sandy neck beach which we fell in love with there. My kids loved the bunk beds and I loved the outdoor shower! Laundry in basement was a huge plus!

Summary: Place was clean but tons of ants around kitchen windows and counter. Found 1 in my coffee. Umbrella on deck not secure and fell onto my husband Asked owner to contact us after our stay but she never did.

Summary: House was great! So neat and clean. Walking distance to Sandy neck beach. A little disappointed with how rocky the beach was but other than that we had a great week!
