Positive: The property was spotless, spacious and had everything you needed to self cater.
Negative: There was nothing I didn’t like about the property but the location on booking.com said there were sea or lake views to which there was neither. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach.
Summary: Accommodation excellent. Views not so.

Positive: Beautiful views, but a few maintenance/comfort issues ⭐⭐⭐ The caravan was very cozy and the views were absolutely beautiful. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the welcome pack, hand wash, clean towels, washing up liquid, and the fully stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils for cooking. Other than the points below , it was still a very nice stay.
Negative: A few points that would improve the experience: The Heat: It was a very hot week, and we couldn't sit outside because there was no umbrella for the veranda. A couple of indoor fans would also have been incredibly helpful, as the caravan got quite warm. Kitchen Basics: There was no salt and pepper provided. Maintenance Issue: There was a leak in the bathroom—whenever you ran the basin tap, you could hear water running out onto the ground outside. We reported this on our first day, but unfortunately, maintenance still hadn't sorted it by the time we left.

Positive: Location excellent, 2 x toilets, great, mattress slightly larger than double 😍. Caravan had more than everything we needed: cleaning products, lovely John Lewis duvet, super welcome pack.
Negative: No heating thermostat so either v v hot or cold. Carpet in need of a clean.
Summary: A lovely caravan in a beautiful location. Owners have provided everything to make our stay easy and enjoyable.
