Positive: Great location with off road parking. Spacious and 3 toilets! Great facilities & thought of nearly everything
Negative: Just needed a small welcome package with some milk, bread, butter. Check in was too late at 4pm. Usual time is 2 pm

Positive: This place was lovely and would highly recommend. Really near the beach and promenade which made for some nice walks and was a great place to commute from as we were there enjoying the In It Together Festival and commuted each day. One of the rooms is a bunk bed for children, but big enough for a small adult.
Negative: The close where the house is can get busy for parking and at times people did park inconveniently where you had to weave to get in and out of the close. We always managed to get a space outside of the garage and always managed to get in and out.
Summary: Fantastic place to stay - would recommend.

Positive: It was a lovely clean house with an enclosed garden perfect for our dog. Lovely neighbour. Very close to the dog friendly beach. Lots of little extras to make the stay very comfortable, eg board games, plasters, dog bowls.
Negative: Nothing.
