This ground floor condo that has a great view and is very peaceful and relaxing. Located half way between Ithaca and Cortland, we are less than 10 miles from these areas: Greek Peak Ski Center, Cornell, Ithaca College, TC3, and SUNY Cortland. There are many restaurants and breweries close by that you can enjoy. We are just off of Rt. 13, but you will feel like you are in the country. We have new fireplaces in every room to watch before you fall a sleep on our queen size beds with comfortable linens.

Summary: We stayed here April 2024 for our daughter's volleyball tournament at Ithaca College. We were amazed with the amount of essentials that were provided! You really don't need to bring anything except for food and drinks! The place was immaculate inside (pictures don't do it justice either) and check in was a breeze! The views were great even with the rainy weather we happened to have. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Summary: Everything was very nice and clean. The house had the kitchen and bathroom stocked. If you forgot something it was probably there. The view went for miles. Would stay again if the opportunity presented itself.

Summary: This condo was perfect for our stay. 10 minutes to Greek Peak and 10 minutes to Ithaca. There were 4 of us and plenty of room for us all. Condo was clean and fully stocked with anything we could possible need. Mike and Deb were fantastic to deal with, easy to contact and always replied right away with any questions. Highly recommend. We will definitely come back when visiting Ithaca in the future.

Summary: Mike and Deb described their place to a tee. They offered the "little things" that sometime get forgotten such as extra towels, chairs, grill, coffee pods, etc. Great place to stay. Quiet and a view to boot!!

Summary: I actually did not stay at the property. Rather, relatives from CO who were visiting did. This home was easy to get to from Ellis Hollow. The scenery around the house beautiful. The downstairs, where we stayed, was very roomy, clean, and comfortable. The fact that the place was handicap accessible was an added, important bonus.

Summary: We loved the location and the views at the property. Such a serene place and location. Great get-away! And the little touches were nice. The outside patio has an amazing view! Thanks! The only bad thing was on our first morning there, at 6am, there was a child or children running around, stomping and screaming.above where we slept. Above 2 back bedrooms. It woke us all up.

Summary: Mike was amazing with communication. The home was set in the most incredible location and the beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced on vacation. The home was clean and well stocked. The only reason we are giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because we are city people and aren’t used to the smell of well water…and there was no dishwasher. The weather was cool while we were there, but if it had gotten hot it might have been uncomfortable because the only A/C unit was in the main room. It’s typically not hot in Ithaca, so this would not deter us from staying again. This is just information for future travelers. We would DEFINITELY stay at Mike and Deb’s place again!
