Summary: We were hesitant about staying at this hotel but trusted recent reviews and it did not disappoint. It was on a great location, owners were kind/generous, and the room was exactly what we wanted. We received a free upgrade prior to arrival which was unexpected. Would stay here again with family if we return to the Ithaca area.

Summary: The motel was recently updated and aplears to still be updating rooms via the construction roll off box fkr debris disposal. Our room was clean and fresh, mattress firm and received extra pillows. Management very friendly and accomadating. Professionally run facility.

Summary: Don't let the old outside exterior fool you. We were the first to stay in a recently renovated room and it was very nice. All the things you need (comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, nice shower, etc.). We also found the owners to be extremely friendly, accommodating, and immediately responded to any needs. Only downside is it a bit of a drive from downtown, but very close to Cornell.
