Summary: This place was perfect! If we didn’t want to go out, we had a whole pool to enjoy and when we did, the cities were amazing!! And the beach was great! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place! We will definitely be back!

Summary: The property overall is great! 1) the proximity to everything was fantastic! 2) the home was nicely decorated and the A/C was AMAZING! 3) The kitchen was fantastic to use, the size was great, lots of room, plenty of utensils and cookware. 4) there was plenty of room which was great! 5)it was so nice to feel like we had our own private oasis each day! We did have some minor issues throughout the stay. 1) we arrived Sunday afternoon for a week of enjoyment. Monday afternoon we left to run a few errands to return to no access to the pool for 24 hours. We stayed here FOR THE pool! this would have been great to know BEFORE OUR STAY! We contacted host, we were told it’s done weekly. He did inform us it’s stated in both community rental platforms rules that this happens, we checked, it does not…. 2)The yard is extremely overgrown and uncared for. One of our friends ended with massive bug bites all over his legs, from roaming around the yard area. I understand outside has bugs, but these were no-see-ums, ants, and other treatable pests. You could not fully walk around the pool due to the area being overgrown. 3)The cleaner needs to be retrained in their cleaning routine. Upon arrival we were found areas that obviously had not been cleaned. They were minor, but if a person is supposed to arrive to a clean rental, it should fully be done! The screened in room floor was filthy, and the pool table was covered in sand!

Summary: Could be very nice, but needs a lot of improvement. House was nicely decorated, amenities were perfect and had a nice coffee bar; but a lot of dog/cat hair and smell. Mold on lawn chairs, an old cooler in bushes, fence down, hose left out, lawn mower parked on lawn, large plants dying, pool filled below skimmers and got dirty fast and old buildings falling apart. Need directions on usage of tv's, when garbage is collected, how to turn on outside lights and check out.
