Summary: This condo is centrally located to Charlevoix, Petoskey and Harbor Springs, MI. Great dining, shopping and golf. It was always pleasant to return from an adventure to a warm, welcoming condo. Fully stocked with breakfast foods, cereals, granola, power bars. All kitchen utensils were there for our use, pots and pans. Very clean throughout. Just a pleasure to stay there for a week.

Summary: This property was insane! Pictures do not do the justice. It was so spacious and beautiful. Absolutely everything in the apartment was thought out. Host also provided a bunch of extra stuff and even little gifts that waited for us on the counter in the kitchen. Location was amazing since we tried staying in between 2 ski resorts (Boyne and The Highlands) 25 min to each. Everything was on a different level! My family is still in awe of this place. The view out of the balcony was so pretty too. Lake Michigan seemed like a sea. Apartment was also decorated for Christmas/New Year, and it was just the best. We are definitely using some of these ideas for our place next year. ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING was so comfortable and perfect. Our host Michael was so wonderful and responded very quickly to any questions/requests that we had. He even let us rent a movie on a TV and didn’t charge us for it. We’d love to stay again in the future it was the best stay that we ever had!!!

Summary: Beautiful condo with a gorgeous view! We were in town for just one night for a wedding and this was like a home away from home. We were able to bring our dog and he loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view! Michael was an excellent host, easy to communicate with and he made check in super easy and convenient. The condo was clean and beautiful and well stocked. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and beautiful candles and even some treats for our dog! It was a quick one night stay but very enjoyable!

Summary: Michael is a very attentive and generous host. His unit is in a great location, clean and beautiful with extras we have never before experienced in a vacation home rental. He treated it more as a bed and breakfast and left us some yummy goodies. The unit is well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We highly recommend this rental.

Summary: We stayed in this condo for our 15th anniversary. Just a little get away that turned out beautifully. Condo is in a great location just south of downtown, right next door to the amazing Cormack’s Deli, directly on the bicycle path, with a beautiful view of the Bay and a super cozy terrace. We are into fitness (necessary being 57 and 71) and really enjoyed grabbing a picnic lunch at Cormack’s and bicycling to Charlevoix one day and Harbor Springs another. Enjoyed peddling right from our condo door, very convenient. We also biked into downtown Petoskey (just a very short distance away) and explored town. Spent an obscene amount of money at Cutlers kitchen supply store! They ship and we love to cook, so many great finds. We dined at Chandler’s on our anniversary and they were so kind to give us an amazing experience. Sorry, I digress . . THE CONDO was so beautiful and cozy. So convenient. So clean. Incredibly stocked with food, snacks, beverages, soaps, shampoos, coffee, cocktail ice, exercise equipment, comfy bed, and my favorite, the terrace. I know this condo can be booked in a bed and breakfast “style”, but we wouldn’t want that as we like privacy, but that is an option for those that are ok with “common area” type lodging. Finally, Micheal was delightful and we would love to stay again in the future . . . I know he is planning some remodeling soon, I have no doubt it will be even more beautiful. Thank You Micheal for a lovely stay
