Suite 112 has a full kitchen all ready for preparing meals, dining table for two, and a living room featuring a queen size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. Coffee is provided as well as small travel sized soap. The sliding glass door opens to a patio that has direct access to our private beach.

Summary: I stayed here for midwinter break with my 2 kids so we could go skiing. We found the place very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The location couldn’t be beat for walking to town for food. And the nearby sledding hill and ice skating was a lot of fun too!

Summary: We loved staying at this property for a quick ski weekend. It was even nicer than we even expected from the pics. Everything was super clean; the check in process was very easy & everyone was very friendly. I would love to come stay again in the summer to enjoy the lake!

Summary: Beautiful view of the water and sunsets. Private patio to sit, sip coffee, read a book, and just drink in the beautiful view. Condo very pretty, very clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Could take a short walk to town and choose from several places to eat. We will be back. Hopefully price stays the same and doesn't go up so we can afford to come and stay a few times a year as our up north getaway.

Summary: Loved the property. Especially being able to open patio door and walk to beach/water. Even sitting on patio was a wonderful view. Boyne City is a cute little town, good restaurants, shops etc. And is so close to other area attractions. Our stay was mid September, so not prime busy time - which was also nice for us. If you are even "thinking" about booking a stay.. I say DO IT... life is too short, and you won't regret it.

(Friendly staff thank you)Our unit 112 was meticulously clean and comfortable.The grounds are so well kept and having the chairs on the beach for guests is inviting. This was our second time staying at the Water Street Inn and it was just as nice as the first time. So it’s nice to know that the management is consistent in the care. Thank you.
