Summary: Nice property in a quiet location. Not too busy. Dated a bit but overall met all basic requirements. Not a big issue but there are some fees not mentioned in description that would have been nice to know upfront. Not a deal breaker because price vs size not a bad deal but an extra person charge for a party of six in a three-bedroom apartment seemed a bit unfair. In all the trip was enjoyable since I was looking forward to staying away from the crowds a bit. would recomend to others.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. We came in town to celebrate a family member’s birthday. There were 2 beds and a couch in each bedroom. Only issue is the tv didn’t work in 1 bedroom. Either then that it was AWSOME.

Summary: Both the place and Mindy were great! I was traveling with three co-workers on business and our budget was tight, Mindy worked with us to stay within budget and we couldn't be happier. The row-home is situated in a quiet neighborhood, parking for 2 cars plus ample street parking. It was clean and tidy when we arrived, the kitchen is stocked with plenty of cookware and dinnerware. There is plenty of room between 3 floors for a group to spread out.
