Beautiful three-bedroom two bath home located at 4641 West Ave in Ocean City, New Jersey. This home was built in 2011 and is the first floor unit. Comfortably sleeps seven with two queen beds and one bunk bed that has a double and a single. Home has hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, granite counters, tiled baths, central AC throughout, wireless internet, and tv's in two bedrooms and the living room. Dining table for 6 plus 3 at the counter. No garage use, but there is storage for chairs in a separate storage area. It also has a large front patio and an outside shower. Four beach tags are provided. Tenants must provide linens and towels. Rental is weekly Saturday to Saturday.
Ocean City is a family resort town located on an island along the Atlantic Ocean 15 miles south of Atlantic City. The beaches are lifeguard protected during the summer season and there are dedicated surfing beaches. In addition to the 2.5 mile boardwalk with amusement piers, shopping, and restaurants. Summary: Second time we've stayed at this property. It's in a quiet part of OCNJ with short walk to beach and short drive/bike to boardwalk. Plenty of space for family of 4 with guests on 2 evenings. Outside of some dull knives here and there, the property is great and it's likely that we'll be back. Great place to stay.

Summary: The property was extremely clean, well equipped and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and showers were great. Quick short walk to the beach and easy bike ride anywhere else. Owners were super helpful and communication was great. Would definitely return!

Summary: Great location for a family atmosphere. It was quiet, but easy access to the boardwalk and restaurants. The property itself was great and as promised. It was spacious and very clean. The electronics and WiFi were great. Overall, 5 out of 5 experience.

Summary: We really enjoyed are week. The house was very clean and the owners were so easy to work with. A huge bonus they have beach tags for their renters. I would recommend this rental.

Summary: This was a beautiful property in a quiet area of Ocean City. The beach was spacious and never crowded. The house was well-kept and had all the amenities we could want. So happy we chose it for our family vacation.

Summary: My family and I just returned from an incredible vacation at this rental. The house is beautiful, clean and fit our family of four plus my mom perfectly! It is a short walk to the beach, and has a great front porch where we were able to enjoy our morning coffee or early evening cocktails. Communication was clear and prompt from the owners. We can't wait to schedule another visit to this property. We highly recommend!
