Summary: No handicap toilet in either bath. Need "warning tape" in master bedroom, on the floor; there is an unexpected BIG step down to get to the outside door. Baseboards are filthy. The couch is old & you can see the oil from people sitting on it, there wasn't ever ONE (1) extra sheet for us to put on the couch, same with the chair & ottoman, I had to use 2 of the towels to sit in that chair. The antique chair is understandably dirty & old. Dining room chairs are antique but need seat cushions re-done, ones that are there your legs hit the wooden part when you sit down & very uncomfortable. The plastic on top of antique dining table is moist under it & ruining the table top. The housekeeper missed spring house cleaning, when I dropped something behind the bed & then 2 days later behind the dresser OH MY WORD, maybe she missed the last 2 spring house cleaning. Frying pans were missing teflon, health issues. Mat inside tub was a clear one (AT ONE TIME) old & almost brown. I have a pictures & video if it would help.

Summary: We have never been to Memphis and had no idea where to stay. Turns out that this area was PERFECT! The Cooper Young neighborhood is lovely and close to everything. More importantly, this house was wonderful and we felt very safe. We are a family of 4, with two sons in their 20s. The space was so comfortable and clean. Rooms are spacious. The driveway is big enough for two cars. And while there are no photos of the backyard, there is one and would be lovely in cooler temps. 5 min walk to restaurants in Cooper Young and 15 min drive to downtown. If you are the fence about where to stay, don’t be. This place is great.

Summary: Our stay was a graduation trip for my daughter and her friend, both 18. Really, the trip was all about Elvis, but everything was so close to our neighbor. We went to Beale St., The Pyramid (Bass Pro Shop) and ate at the Wahiburgers restaurant. We went to Sun Studios, Graceland, and even took a road trip to Tupelo Mississippi to see Elvis's birthplace. Everything was so close to where we were staying. The Dynamite Cooper Young house was perfect for us. The 2 teenagers got the master and then my friend and I each had our own bedrooms. It was clean and everything you needed was there. The host was exceptional, she responded quickly to any email I sent her and very friendly. Also, the neighborhood was good and quite. I would recommend this rental to anyone who travels to Memphis.

Summary: I was worried about renting in Memphis, because I don’t know the area, but this is a great location! The house was prefect. We felt very safe. Very happy with our stay. Loved everything about the home.

Summary: Communication before check-in was great. Check-in was super easy. Directions given were spot on. House was perfect for 4 adults. Plenty of room for cooking and playing games. We did have to buy pots to cook in as there was not a lot of options in the kitchen. Neighborhood is located with easy access to most places we wanted to go. Use caution going to closest grocery and Dollar General stores, especially after dark. Cooper-Young Neighborhood was a cute neighborhood a few blocks away with some great restaurants. Immediate neighborhood was a large mix of updated, well kept houses and run down ones. Heat was hard to regulate, especially in the bedrooms at night. Lots of neat accents and charm in the house though. Beds were comfy. Bring your extension cords, as outlets are at a premium. All in all we really enjoyed our stay. We will probably stay here again when we are back in Memphis.

Summary: This property was everything advertised and then some. Great kitchen to prepare meals, nice sized living room along with 3 bedrooms! This place was within minutes of Beale St, Sun Studios and many BBQ locations. Did not have a bad meal while here. Shout out to Kimble for accommodating me arriving a day early due to inclement weather coming in.I would definitely stay here again.
