Getting Around:
Driveway parking endless street parking available!

Other Things to Note:
This home is a half a block from a train track. This is extremely common in Memphis as we have multiple industrial railroads that run right through town. Luckily, this particular spot is right before an unloading point for the trains so they are always going quite slow. You may hear the horn, but that is literally everywhere in the city limits.
Also, Fedex is headquartered just 5 miles down the road and planes can be heard going over head every few minutes at specific 20-30 minute periods at specific times during the day or night. It is common almost anywhere in Memphis to hear and see the parade of planes coming through. Please try to enjoy the Memphis Charm :)

Summary: The house is just as advertised , neighborhood is ok, didn't feel to comfortable after the neighbor told me when I walked my dog to be carful because there was an armed robbery a few nights before a couple houses up. It is very noisy with the Fedex planes flying over the house at night and the train being so close ,should have brought some earbuds. It did say it in the advertisement but didn't think it would be that bad, but also I am a very light sleeper. The dryer did not work so I called the owner and he was super nice and told me he would send someone out, well after a few tries it did work but that's about it, tried it after it was done again but nothing. The owner said he would send someone after we left. Overall its a very cute and clean house, would I stay again , no, but the only reason is because it is to loud for me, other than that I would give it five stars.

Summary: Our visit was planned as an anniversary celebration but turned into a funeral visit. Only very minor issues that were overshadowed by the attentiveness and professionalism of the property owner. Loved the location. Comfortable beds. Nicely furnished. Quiet neighborhood. Close to retail to get there quickly. Far enough away to not have all the traffic. Our original property had issues but the property owner came up with an excellent solution. He was also accommodating, quick to respond and showed a good amount of human compassion for our circumstances. I plan to use this property again amd would recommend it to anyone going to the Memphis area.

Summary: This was a great place to stay during a short trip to Memphis. The house is located within a short drive of most tourist destinations, and the neighborhood felt very safe to walk to restaurants and coffee shops on Young St. The home itself looks like it has been fully renovated and there was plenty of space in the common areas and it is nice having separate bedrooms for my older daughter. Everything was well stocked - soaps, personal care supplies, etc. Corey was very responsive with questions and I would recommend this location for anyone traveling to Memphis.
