The maintenance staff may need to access our apartment as required by building management. We will always do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required.
Early check-in: Please let us know if you plan a different arrival time. We can often accommodate early arrivals or late departures. The fee is $89 per service.
Parking: Parking: We can provide in/out parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. Please let us know if you'd like to add parking, which is payable to our online team. We cannot guarantee that oversized vehicles will fit.

Additionally, water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. Please understand that we cannot provide refunds or compensation solely due to these issues which are beyond our control.
