Positive: The room was very clean and had very interesting furniture. The location was great, very close to the lakes, disney world, and icon park; the neighborhood was very clean. The owner was kind enough to help us even during late nights and was super helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable to stay, and they even had grills (which we weren't able to use, unfortunately).
Negative: There was spaghetti inside the oven that was left from previous stays (I'm guessing). It wasn't a big problem, but we were just surprised. Also the showers had very small shampoos, so I would recommend bringing your toiletries!

Positive: It’s was a nice little house
Negative: Lawn needed cut, wasp nests around house and on houses on either side(dangerous to those allergies). Glass on side on house and in back yard area. Can’t sit on patio unless you want a contact high, the smell of pot always in the air, the park down the street at night has like 20 people, and the park is filled with the smell of weed. Busted on Thursday.
Summary: House was fine inside, needs work outside and yard, needs a warning about pot smokers

Positive: Comfortable beds and stylish decor. Great location, tucked away in quiet neighborhood, with a park just a few minutes walk and less than a block away!
Negative: Booking.com seems to have a glitch when reservations are with pets, this is the second time we have made a reservation with booking.com and the reservation to the property manager doesn’t reflect that we are bringing our pet. The first time this happened we were turned away. Thank goodness this time the property manager allowed us to pay the additional non refundable pet deposit of $75. But this will be the last time I use booking.com.

Positive: I like everything about the home, and I like the neighborhood. A very laid-back area, everyone Minds their business. Very friendly. It was very comfortable and very peaceful. Felt like I was at home and another state. Will stay again
Negative: Didn't like that the floor was dirty. The towers were not clean, and the covers on the bed were still wet. And the bathroom rug smells like urine.

Positive: A lot of new items to make the place feel fresh and new. Definitely a nicer home in the neighborhood. I'd stay here again, owner obviously went to great lengths to make it nice.
Negative: Knife drawer can't open all the way due to new stove. Smoke detectors were disabled. First shower of the day was cold 3/3 days. Thermostat resets to 75/80 frequently. Bathroom sink needs drain fixed, leaks.

Positive: The home was so comfortable and welcoming. the beds were incredibly comfortable and the host had a variety of drinks and ice in the fridge all ready for us, which was a super nice touch as we did not get a chance to stop at the store before we got there, so we were super appreciative and it was a great surprise! everything was clean and in working order.
Negative: the neighborhood did not reflect the listing, however we did not encounter any problems during our stay, the neighborhood looked a little rough.
