Our lakefront Artist Studio Apartment is ideal for those who want/need isolation or just enjoy privacy in a beautiful setting. Spend your days working on the high speed internet poolside or on the private covered porch, and evenings sipping wine and watching the sun set over Lake Silver.
The studio is in a lovely quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown Orlando. It's modern, a bit boho, and showcases the artists work. You will sleep well in the pillow-top queen bed and have lawn chairs and outdoor furniture at your disposal. There's direct access to the covered porch, butterfly garden, swimming pool and lake directly from the apartment. The lagoon pool spans the length of the home but is only used by our airbnb guests - so yes, it's essentially a private pool! You can walk to (or pick-up from) a myriad of boutiques and amazing restaurants easily. Public bikes and Uber are available. ALL types of people are welcome here!
The apartment has high speed internet access, a Nest thermostat, CO2 detector and a private self locking entrance. Essentials such as high quality linens, towels, beach towels, extra blankets and pillows hair dryer, sound/white noise machine, iron and cleaning products are provided. The kitchen has dishes, glasses, ,Keurig coffee maker, microwave and toaster oven and hot plate. Note, there is no oven or TV in the apartment....but who needs to do a lot of cooking or to watch anything not online - lol?!
French doors provide direct access to a large covered porch area, natural swimming pool with a waterfall, and out to the natural beauty of Lake Silver. Patio furniture is on the private porch and Adirondack chairs lakeside for your use. Lake Silver has plenty wildlife for the nature lovers eagles, hawks, herons, otters are plentiful.
College Park is an established neighborhood with large trees and friendly residents. Excellent shopping and dining are within walking distance. Very centrally located with easy access to I-4, the Florida Turnpike, Disney, Sea World and Universal. Many boutiques, delicious restaurants, wine bars and desert spots that you can walk to. Major highways convenient and UBER is available here!
There is NO smoking allowed in the house or on the property. We are available to answer questions when we are home but just as happy to leave you to your private oasis. *hospital grade cleaners utilized

Summary: This is an adorable place, close to all that College Park has to offer, and also close to lots of other attractions in the vicinity. It's very comfortable, clean, and surprisingly private from the main house. Excellent cooling and heating system too!

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at this home! The house was beautiful, very clean, and in a great location—within short distance to many amenities. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and waking up by the river with a cup of coffee was incredibly relaxing. The host was very responsive and quickly answered any questions we had, making our stay even more enjoyable. Truly a wonderful experience—highly recommend!

Summary: Cannot say enough great things about this listing. Very private backyard with a wonderful view of lake silver. I loved watching the sunsets from the plentiful lounge furniture or floating in the pool. The 4 person table out on the patio was perfect for every meal, I couldn't stay away from that view! Indoors was spacious, found thehotplate under the sink only has one burner that functioned full time, but we were not affected. The first day the A/C tripped, we found a fan so we were not going to bother, but the host had already noticed the google nest status and sent a friend to fix it without us asking! great host, great property, will be back:)

Summary: I had such a marvelous time at the Artist's Studio! It was quiet and clean. The landscaping around the pretty pool was serene and beautiful with mature trees and flowers. I saw river otters in the lake, and many different types of birds. I liked the keyless entry so I never had to worry about misplacing a key. This will be my "go to" place the next time I am in Orlando.
