LAKE VIEWS FROM ALL LEVELS! Stunning custom home sitting high on a hill with amazing views of Lake Travis, golf course, and the surrounding Hill Country. Elegant one of a kind finish-out, with high ceilings, walls of glass and a fantastic open floor plan. The outside living is amazing, with two levels for entertaining, a sparkling pool, beautiful views of the lake and hill country. We have taken' every opportunity to ensure the property goes above and beyond our guest's expectations. The property has everything you and your party will need to enjoy a long weekend or a week away.
As a guest, you'll delight in the outdoor pool, where you can soak up the sun and cool off on warm days. Cozy up by the fireplace in the living room on chilly evenings, or indulge in a movie night with fast WiFi streaming. The kitchen is fully loaded with high-end pots and pans, knives, cutting boards, coffee makers (drip and Keurig) and pretty much anything you'd possibly need or want to prepare your meals. Just bring the groceries.
Note that to get the best view, this property has a steep and narrow driveway down to the front door and to the garages that is not ideal to navigate, especially for full-size vehicles. We have street parking for 4 vehicles and guests must park in front of our house, not the neighbors. There is also an adjoining lot we own, suitable for 4x4 parking.
Strictly no parties, maximum of 10 adults at all times, 14 total maximum. No smoking inside, dispose of all trash. No more than 4 vehicles allowed at the property at all times. Age verification through government issued identification required.
There are many parks with lake access, boat ramps, tennis courts, basketball, etc. Guest passes are required and are provided at guest's request free of charge. The nearest lake park with boat ramp is a 5 minute drive.

Summary: A beautiful house with lots of space for family.The grandkids loved the game room and pool table and enjoyed swimming in the heated pool. The house was decorated so pretty for the holidays! Enough room for everyone to have their own space! Enjoyed by everyone!

Summary: Before the trip, the host was so helpful with any questions we had and sent us a PDF of the house rules & expectations which was amazing for my Type A self lol. We arrived, and the moment we walked in, we gasped! It’s a beautiful house AND it was clean AND smelled new & clean. That is so important and impressive. The house itself easily fit our 8 adults & 4 kids family. The pool, deck, and BBQ are great. The kitchen had lots of tools so we cooked multiple meals easily. The laundry machines were new, modern, and easy to use. The rooms were all clean and smelled good, and comfy as well! Well stocked house. This was our first VRBO and it really set the bar high! The area is quiet and easy to access; a bit of a drive to & from the airport & downtown, but easily accessible, as there’s also a market about 10 min away in case you forget anything (Target, Costco, etc are about 30 min away). Thanks for a fantastic family reunion trip!

Summary: There were 8 adults visiting for a wedding. This property had been recently updated and it is amazing beautiful property. While we did no cooking, there was a ton of equipment and supplies. All of the beds and lines were new and very good quality. I would recommend this property to anyone, extremely nice!

Summary: My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! The furnishings, bedding and decor were all top-notch. The home was large enough for all of us to spread out and have our own bedroom and private bathroom. The kitchen is well furnished and allowed us to enjoy cooking all our meals "at home." We also fully enjoyed all the amenities...pool table, ping pong table, foosball, kayaks and the swimming pool. Access to a private community park along the banks of Lake Travis was a definite plus. We highly recommend this property, and would love to stay here again in the future!

There was plenty of room for our group of 10 adults to visit while eating and relaxing every evening The views from the main living area and deck were spectacular. Summary: We rented for 5 days over Christmas, with two adult children and their children and spouses - 10 of us in the 5 bedrooms on 2 floors, the lower at backyard pool level with splendid valley view and game room/double garage. Huge 2 story high living room and kitchen with all the amenities, including pool table and formal dining room. It was so quiet, yet fully climate-controlled inside, with huge valley view across to golf course or down to Lake Travis. We may well ask to return in coming year(s). Mike is a great host, very responsive & helpful.

Summary: This house was exactly what we wanted for our little reunion of six childhood friends. Lots of bedrooms, a good pool, outdoor dining, fire pit, big kitchen and tools to cook meals. Not to mention a great view! Highly recommended.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. Loved our daily early morning deer spotting walks to the lake front. Used the kayaks which were good fun. Table tennis and pool tables were well used. Enjoyed hanging out on the deck with beautiful views. Neighbours and locals were friendly. Mike was a great host, responsive and helpful. I hope we will return.
