Lake Travis is full at 681โ€™ MSL. Note: If the water is above 679โ€™ MSL the ramp area is flooded and not for use.
The Low Water Ramp starts becoming visible at 661โ€™ MSL and should be available for use when water level is below 658โ€™MSL down to approximately 643โ€™ MSL.

Boat and trailer parking is available on a first-come first serve basis. Lake water levels need to be below 675' msl (mean sea level) for the trailer parking.

Summary: Great inside and view from balcony is wonderful of the pool and lake. Beds were very high quality and master bed was super comfortable. Parking spot was great too with a view of the arched windows to the lake right there.

Summary: Our family recently welcomed a new baby and was in desperate need of a relaxing staycation near Austin. This property was exactly what we needed and much, much more. Astonishing views with luxury furnishings. Everything you could think of was already thoughtfully provided and labeled clearly. The host was in contact almost immediately after booking and responds quickly to any questions. Check-in process was super easy and so were the instructions. We couldn't believe the views at all times, especially sunset! The outdoor pools were well-maintained and you could still enjoy the panoramic views. We also enjoyed the nearby attractions and tennis courts. It was amazing to be able to relax with a toddler, newborn, and our dog with not a single worry for once.
