Summary: I have to say that the host was wonderful, responsive and as accommodating as possible given the property she was managing. The owner did not want people to wear shoes in the house yet it's hardwood flooring throughout. We were not allowed to adjust the thermostat and while the property advertised to sleep up to 12 people, the water heater can only support two showers before running out of hot water, with a lengthy wait time for the water to heat up. There was a stinky odor throughout the house and upon returning home, we could still smell it in our laundry and pillows. If your stay is short, then the two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom might last a small group; we had 4 adults for 4 nights and we were fine, but any more and you'll need to bring TP, oh paper towels too, there were none in the kitchen. If you use the dishes or washer/dryer, you will also need to supply dish/laundry soap. The walls are thin, you can hear everything going on. The 4 very roomy bedrooms are grouped together. No places to hang your towels in the bathrooms, so you will need to bring hangers for that. No curtains only blinds on the windows so sunlight comes into the rooms. No problem if you're not trying to sleep in and you don't mind car lights at night. The location was good, in the country and the property butts up against a farm (muddy). The beds weren't bad and I did manage to get some decent sleep despite the negatives. It just wasn't worth the price for me. Did I mention the host was great?

Summary: This rental worked perfect for our group of 9 for 5 nights. We had 7 adults and 2 young children. There was plenty of space for all to hang out and to sleep with all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed it and would definitely return.

Summary: The rules for renting this property are extensive. Some of the main things that made me leave less than 5 stars were: stains on the sheets in the master bedroom, dead lady bugs in the house, dirty dishes.

Summary: Our two families (8 people) stayed at this home for our weekend in Missouri for the Mizzou-Georgia football game. It was mainly a spot for breakfast and sleep. The four rooms were huge with big comfortable beds. There was space for us to be spread out and both families had their own bathrooms. The living room and kitchen were big and comfortable for us as well. We wish we had more time to enjoy the big patio and outdoor space. The game room in the garage was perfect for our kids to play! We would stay again. The 35 minute drive back and forth to Columbia wasn’t too long and do-able! We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Our family made a trip back home for a memorial service and family reunion. Suzanna's home was perfect for our stay. All 8 of us had plenty of room. In addition to the lovely, cheerful interior, we also enjoyed the outdoor patio. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals, and we were able to do laundry as well. We will definitely be staying here again when we come home for visits.
