Summary: We checked in very late and left relatively early so I can only say so much. The room was clean but the hallways were filthy. The breakfast was above average. Staff seemed friendly enough. The parking lot was well lit.

Summary: The swimming pool was nice, but the shower within the pool was quite dirty! Good location, did report that my husband woke up the following morning with a hugh bite on his arm. I did proceed to tell the front desk. He said he would report about spraying the room.

Summary: Even with both curtains closed, my room was flooded with light from outside all night long. The noise from the air conditioner was so loud that I turned it off in the middle of the night. This hotel is in an industrial area and I was worried about my car being broken into during the night.

Summary: Our first room the bathtub was stained and the drain was out. I took a photo and showed it to the desk and they changed our room no problem. Though I don't think our beds were queen beds and were just full/double. The new room has stained sheets and mattress pads, something like dried mucus on the wall, small bugs running around in the window sill (not bed bugs), and a long hair was insise my pillow case (not mine). They also had a dehumidifier that was full when we checked in and after the 1st night we emptied it ourselves since house keeping didn't and it looked like it hadn't been touched in a long time. Definitely NOT worth $100+/night they were charging. This hotel is not to a Whyndam standard ar all.

Summary: The great things: the man who works the evening shift, the comfy pillows and bed. The not so great things: On arrival in our room, we found a lot of dirt (food, threads, grass) on the carpet, as well as dirt in the elevators and hallways. The next morning at breakfast, I informed the desk clerk of our room number and asked her to see that it was vacuumed. I also showed her a picture of the (small) pile of trash in the corner by the elevator on the second floor and recommended it be cleaned up. We returned to our room that night, and found that it had been "cleaned" but the room had still not been vacuumed, and the whole room smelled like sewage. I talked to the wonderful, friendly man at the desk again, and he managed to find us a new room, even though the hotel was fully booked. The first two photos are the second day, the last three are the first day.

Summary: Pool was under maintenance not explained before booking. Bed was comfortable. Room needed paint on wall putty work and some area of carpet was missing.

Summary: At first glance our room seemed quite average. The cleanliness had something to be desired, especially in the bathroom, but the actual room seemed okay. Only later on did I notice the smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling, not connected I can assume. The pillows were "clumpy" but useable. In the morning we were notified by the fire department (knocking on the doors) that we had to evacuate for health reasons. Upon questioning I was told bed bugs had been discovered on the 1st floor. We fortunately did not have that issue but spent our next night elsewhere.

Summary: The hotel is old & in need of repairs to walls, tiles etc. Sheets & toilet clean but could write your name in the dust on the headboards. Tub looked stained & dirty. We didn't take showers. All the faucets (tub& sink) had horrible hard water stains & need to be replaced. Just dingy & dirty looking. Breakfast was subpar & too many people wanting breakfast with not enough seating.
