Summary: We only had two issues. The first issue would be the lack of blinds & the sheer curtains. If you want to get dressed in your room the curtains are so sheer that I don’t think you’d feel comfortable doing so. The second issue was the amount of lady bugs and a few flies we had to kill, other than that our stay was good.

Summary: We planned a weekend away with friends to visit Holiday World and Santa Claus, IN. This rental was just the right size for 3 families and close to everything we needed. The kids loved the game area and we had a blast. Shawn was very communicative and checkin/out was very smooth.

Summary: We had three families. The house was perfect for all of us. It was well done inside and clean. The kids loved the yard. We had a great time using the fire pit and grilling out. The fuse ball table was a hit. The table in the kitchen was perfect for a large group. We ate dinner and played games. It was a great stay and perfect distance to holiday world. We had a great weekend.

Summary: We found the house to be extremely clean and very up to date. Everyone had there own space and we didn't have as many staying as was possible but it just gave us more room to move around. The only thing I'd recommend would be having blinds or curtains. There were sheers on all the windows and as someone used to having windows covered and that it is in town with neighbors, we would have liked those. But we recognize that this property is constantly evolving and improving so who knows if we get to return to it that may be installed later. It was a place I'd return to happily.

Summary: We had an amazing time staying here. We all work high stress jobs, so being able to leave Holiday World after long days to come back and relax with the family was simply the best. Lots of room, beds are super comfy, and quick access to anything you need. Will return.

Summary: Pulling up the driveway, it looks like an old farmhouse. When you open the door, you are transformed into a stylish home with modern convenience. The location is great because it is close enough to the town of Santa Claus, but not too close to hear the noise associated with the amusement park traffic.
