Summary: Thank you, Rita. The house is lovely, 3 comfortable bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a gorgeous living room, den and kitchen. The house also has a finished basement and a top level room if you are a bigger family. We enjoyed the 3 bicycles, riding around such a pretty town. Rita suggested we try the Scone Pony bakery and that was a win. The pool was a nice to have for us and the beach is really close by. I would recommend this house! We hope to stay there again next year.

Summary: We had a wonderful family vacation at Rita’s home in Spring lake! The house is absolutely perfect, we loved it!! Everything was updated, very clean and modern including a new kitchen and 3 full bathrooms. It’s very bright and cheery with many windows and natural light. The layout of the house is also great, with lots of room to spread out and also entertain family. The backyard was our favorite! It has a lovely pool and beautiful landscaping that is very private and peaceful. We spent a lot of time outside relaxing by the pool! The house is in a great location only a mile from the beach and close to downtown Spring Lake with great shops and restaurants. Rita was a great host, very accommodating and responsive and thought of everything to make our stay special. This is a great home for a family vacation. You will love it!

Summary: Stayed here for my wedding weekend. It was a spectacular house, which was able to house me (the groom), and members of my family, including a 1 year old niece. The house was clean, perfect size, and the photographer even commented on how wonderful the living room was.

Summary: Clean, lovely home with pool and plenty of room to relax, about 1 mile from Spring Lake Beach. Kid friendly house with lots of amenities and charm. Highly recommend and would come back again next summer! Host was very responsive and thoughtful.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. Home is very clean and host friendly and responsive to needs. Suggestions: larger outdoor dining table or extra one/chairs to accommodate at least 8-10 people. Single beds in extra sleeping area for teenage or single young adults/. 3 large beds was tough in that regard. A/C made lower level sleeping area nearly impossible as it would be quite cold. Not real cool on first and second level of home when set at anything above 70. More sharp knives and basic kitchen ware needed: peeler, salad spinner, plate ware for more than 8, coffee mugs etc.

Summary: We had an amazing vacation!! House was super clean and very well stocked with everything we needed!!! The backyard is so beautiful and private!! Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rita's house. The kids loved the pool and so did the adults. Pool was clean, there were plenty of pool towels for everyone. We also enjoyed the proximity to the boardwalk and games for the children. Our party of 10 had plenty of room to relax, eat and play games--every night was movie night. It was a great family vacation with an excellent host. Thanks Rita!!!
