This beautiful home is closely located to the Iconic Spring Lake Beach, and it can be yours this summer. Chic and comfortable, fully stocked- comes with everything you need to enjoy this summer.
Two Massive Master Suites and two Large Guest Rooms all furnished with King sized beds and their own private master bathrooms, each with a walk-in closet. It comfortably fits a family of 8. Additional sleeping space in the living room that can be converted to sleeping area for additional 2 guests. We also provide air matresses.
The house features an open-concept kitchen and living room with impressive (12 ft) ceilings that are ideal for entertaining. Three pairs of french style doors in the living room create a light and airy transition from living space to the large back porch and private, quiet backyard. The back porch is fully furnished with high end outdoor furniture, sun beds and dinning area for a lovely summer BBQ or brunch enjoyment.
Aside from the large living space, the house features a more formal dinning room that can sit up to 10 guests. For the family breakfast lovers there is a breakfast nook for four overlooking the backyard. There is a gas fireplace in the living room as well as in the Master Bedroom upstairs.
High quality appliances and finishes throughout entire home. Jacuzzi tubs in each bathroom. Laundry rooms on both floors for your convenience. Half bath located downstairs near the living room. Front porch furnished with charming sitting area.
Spring Lake is a beautiful vacation destination that has many returning every year.
We are closely located to Spring Lake Beach, two blocks away from Spring Lake Park and Chateau Inn and Suites. We are located across the street from Spring Lake Golf Course and just down the street from Spring Lake NJ Transit station. You cannot be more central than this.

Summary: We work in film production so have experience in the area in accommodation. This stay easily outshone other stays. It is a close 5-10 minute walk to the main street for great dining, it is a very safe neighborhood and the house itself was everything and more. It reminded us of my mother’s mountain holiday home from my childhood, so great associations. You could hear the train whistle at night - I loved that with Bruce Springsteen’s Down Bound Train looping through my head. Basically spacious, well designed, lovely hospitality and a beautiful space and home. Thank you! Mark and Evette

Summary: Beautiful house close to the beach, just a few minutes drive. Or easy run to the boardwalk! The town, which has lots of shops and places to eat, is about a 10 minute walk from the house. Inside was wonderful! We had 6 adults and 4 children. All bedrooms were great and super comfy. Bathrooms are large with jacuzzis and the house was extremely well stocked. The deck and patio were beautiful, plenty of seating and tables. The fire pit at night was great. Can’t say enough how great a find this was. We will definitely be back!

Summary: This is a beautiful house, well deserving of a five star review. The house itself is in immaculate condition, both inside and out, easily one of the most well maintained houses I've ever had the pleasure of renting. The house is very spacious with beautiful and comfortable furniture in each room. It's not just the inside that's well appointed, the outdoor areas are just as great, with multiple seating areas. In the back yard, there's a nice deck, as well as a patio, both with very comfortable furniture and umbrellas should you want some shade. So, whether you're looking to get some sun, or relax with a book in some shade, there's a perfect spot for you. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen is well thought out and the appliances are high end, and I'm sure would please any aspiring (or actual) chefs. I'd also like to acknowledge some of the "extras" that are provided for your enjoyment. While most beach houses may provide a few old, rusty beach chairs, I'm pleased to say that this was not the case here, all of the chairs were new and rust free, as were the very cool beach cruiser bikes. This was a very pleasant surprise. To me, this seems to show the high level of care and concern the owners have for both the house and your overall experience while staying at their property. The owners were very helpful prior to our stay, and they even reached out on check-in day to make sure we were happy and hadn't encounter any issues. I'd highly recommended this property!
