Summary: Can't say enough about the property. It was exceptional with the amenities and condition of the property exactly as stated in the listing. We had a family of nine and had plenty of room. All was in agreement that it was one of the best properties we have stayed at here in Tampa areaarea.Poolfantastic.

Summary: When we walked in - the house was perfectly staged - wine glasses, plates on the table, and much more - it was very clean. Nice pool, back patio table under a roof, and a big grill. The Owner was easy to communicate with, and responded promptly and kept following up. Definitely a place we will come back to stay at. Highly recommended from us !!!Thank you !

Summary: Peter was very fast with communicating. There was an unfortunate situation which require repair that couldn’t be done during our stay. While this was a detriment to our stay, it wasn’t the fault of the property owner maintenance disruptions occur and Peter did everything he could to resolve the issue. The property was clean and well stocked. Would recommend again.

Summary: We had an awesome time in this home. The location is great, as you are close to a variety of beaches and other locations. The home is clean, is not cluttered, and has a nice pool. Will stay here again.

Summary: Everything was top quality. The location was a little on the lower end but the inside and the pool and the backyard were absolute top notch. Would definitely go back!!!

Summary: We staycationed for our youngests 6th bday. Quick ride from Tampa airport. The house is a hidden gem. I can not rave about this place enough. NONE of us wanted to leave. Ample space and great layout. This is a place you will make memories in 💖

Summary: Our family loved our stay at this home. Very spacious and the kids loved swimming in the pool. In addition, the local restaurant was awesome (Roosters Fish).

Summary: The home is very inviting and set up well for family gatherings. It has many upgrades that made our stay comfortable, such as the beautiful kitchen which was well-stocked with appliances and supplies. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and close to many stores and restaurants. The owners were responsive to our needs and we had a really nice stay.

Summary: Recently updated property with comfortable inside layout. with 4 bedrooms for family and friends. Kids loved the pool. Within walking distance of Eagle Lake Park , only 3 miles from the Pinellas Bike trail. But you will need to drive to the beach. There are many good restaurants in the area.
