Beautifully renovated single family house in quiet neighborhood.
5 min drive to Indian Rocks Beach/ Redington Shores and 45 min to Tampa International Airport.
Grocery stores, restaurants and Starbucks are within 5 min by car.
Our modern house is the perfect place to relax, unwind and recharge from your busy day life. Every single room has lots of light, clean lines and cozy decor.
The master bedroom offers a comfy king size bed with hybrid mattress, room darkening curtains, plenty of closet space, en suite bathroom with shower and 55" LED TV.
The second bathroom with tub/shower is located in the hallway between both bedrooms. All of our bathrooms are stocked with full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and make-up remover wipes.
The second bedroom has queen size bed, plenty of closet space, room darkening blinds and curtains and 50 " LED TV.
The open concept living area features a pull out couch, 70" LED TV, brand new fully stocked kitchen and dining area.
Huge sliding doors open to the covered patio and large fenced backyard.
The screened-in patio invites you to enjoy a glass of wine under string lights with a beautiful view.
Enjoy the beautiful weather outside even at night relaxing in the lounge chairs in the backyard with landscape lights.
If you like to grill your fresh caught fish we also have a charcoal grill ready for you.
Washer and dryer are located in the one car garage.
All of our TV’s provide Sling TV.
We provide beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, sunscreen, beach toys and a large umbrella for your family trips to the beach.
If you are traveling with small kids we have kids dinner ware, bottle warmer, high chair, booster seat, pack’n’play incl mattress and blanket, kids towels, potty, baby bath, beach toys and outlet covers.
If your trip isn’t purely for pleasure, you can set up your work station anywhere in the house with the foldable desk.
The property is equipped with two working security cameras. One is by the front door and the other one is in the back yard by the door leading into the garage. The camera start recording when there is motion.

Summary: I can't say enough about this listing. This home was so cozy and perfectly decorated. The kitchen had everything you could need. Alex was very responsive to any questions. The screened in patio offers a great place to relax. The beds were super comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet but close to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. We really enjoyed taking daily walks thru the neighborhood. What a great stay! We will definitely be back.

Summary: My family and I had a wonderful time at this home. The owners were very responsive and make check in/out a breeze. The home was filled with everything you need to relax and hit the beach. My kids enjoyed the backyard with the corn hole set, while my husband and I enjoyed our coffee in the screened-in porch. A 5 minute drive to Indian Rocks beach and a 15 minute drive to Clearwater beach. We definitely plan on staying here again.
