Je Suis Content Villa is located on a beachfront bluff and commands the most picturesque view. As a matter of fact most pictures taken of the white sands stretch of Beach at Silver Sands are taken from the Villa as Guests staying at other Villas often times request to be allowed to take photos from our deck or our cove below.
Family owned and loved, Je Suis has recently been fully refurbished and modernized making it uniquely one of the oldest vIllas whilst at the same time one of the Newest Villas on the Estate. With an eternity pool that seems to go on and on, the sunshine days at Je Suis and lifetime of memories will last forever.
Je Suis Content Villa also offers so much more as our full staff including a cook, housekeeper, pool man, and gardener have no equal. Their smiles and constant willingness to ensure you are always taken care of will make you want to take them home with you.
A short four-minute drive from Silver Sands Estate takes guests to the Town of Duncans for all their grocery shopping and a local fisherman’s beach is located right next door to the Estate. The staff will do all the grocery shopping if you do not wish to but transportation or the cost of will have to be provided.
You will have the sun, sea, and sand at your fingertips as well as access to Silver Sands Estate beach bar. Silvers Sands Estates is beneficially located near several world-class golf courses, shopping, tours, and attractions. We are happy to assist or point you in the right direction in regards to booking rounds, Car Rentals, Airport Transfer, VIP Meet and Greet, and any other activities including swimming with dolphins, horseback riding, deep-sea fishing and sightseeing tours to the famous tourist spots in Jamaica.

Summary: The property is just like the photos only better. The house manager Lissa is an amazing cook, Sharon makes a great breakfast and Dwight is great for car service. These 3 people made our stay. The house is perfect, the beach is amazing and the short walk down to the beach was easy.

Summary: Where do I start...the reason I booked this property was mainly for the view. But I left feeling like I was leaving family. Miss Lisa took care of 8 of us like we were her family. I'm going to miss weaking up to that view every morning. There is no words to describe the view. The sunrise and sunset..wooooooow!!!! I'm so happy and thankful I was able to experience all that this beautiful property offers. I would definitely rent this property again.

Summary: This property is amazing! From the minute you walk in, the views are just unbeatable! Miss Lisa makes you feel so at home and comfortable! She is the most amazing cook too! She and Miss Sharon made the entire week the most enjoyable experience! Every detail was taken care of. All you had to do was ask! A definite must stay. We will be back next year!

Summary: This property is amazing!! Ms. Lisa and Ms. Sharon are the best!! The food was impeccable and the cleanliness of the house is awesome. The location, they have a bar at the beach which serves food and is great. It is about a 5 minute walk nothing bad. When we return we will definitely be staying there!

Summary: Je Suis Content in Silver Sands is an absolute gem in my beautiful country of Jamaica.. Lisa, Sharon and Kacia took such great and diligent care to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. Beautiful smiles and lively personalities…not to mention, delicious cooking. They also took every covid precaution to keep us feeling safe. The villa had the best and most mesmerizing view of the ocean and the pool was awesome. I highly recommend a night time swim in the pool. ☺️The beach was delightful with the softest, white sand. We were sad to leave but will definitely return for another visit to this villa.

Summary: The view from the property was breathtaking. Lisa and Sharon did a fabulous job, friendly and so helpful. The cooking was amazing, be sure to have Lisa prepare Jamaican dishes for you. Breakfast and morning coffee on the patio overlooking the Caribbean, what a great way to start our day. Sunrise and sunset were both able to be seen from our house, and what a sight. The only thing that could be improved was the stairway down to the sea. A bit treacherous at spots and if I had younger kids I don't think I would have let them use the stairs. Other than that one area, this house was amazing.

Summary: Je Suis Content in the Silver Sands Estate was the perfect location for our family vacation. The views were beyond exceptional and while the pictures included in the listing were spot on, the changing scenery with sunrises and sunsets, beach and ocean views were beyond our expectations. So peaceful and relaxing. The private beach for the estate was exceptional. We truly enjoyed the books, magazines and games available at the villa as well. Made for fun family nights. Lisa and Sharon were so welcoming, accommodating and an overall blessing to our family. You could feel the warmth and caring in every delicious meal and in the daily cleaning which made everything feel sanitized and safe. So grateful for Leiza’s (owner) guidance and recommendations before and during our stay as well. Our family truly relished this time to reconnect, fellowship, reflect and recharge. We are already planning our return trip! Thank you for everything!!!

Summary: If you like nice things you will like this place. The view is unbelievable. 5 min walk on the road to silver sands. They have a shack there that sells burgers, fish, drinks etc. Chairs and umbrellas are free. The sand is soft and the waves mild if it is not windy. You can go snorkeling downstairs of the place. Although we did not see much. Leiza the cook and cleaner is super sweet. We had breakfast and dinner by her everyday. We grocery shopped with her the first day. She works on a tip at the end of your stay. Wasn't sure what is an appropriate amount...hopefully it was enough. I am not used to having someone in the house with me from 9-5pm, so that took a little getting used to. She was respectful of your privacy (stayed mostly in the kitchen and wore a mask all the time). Overall a clean, safe (in gated community), and amazing view place. I felt like a queen.

Summary: My husband and I stayed here for approximately a week. We were immediately welcome by Lisa who had dinner ready for us and a perfectly clean house. Walking out to the mesmerizing views, easy walk down to the beach with white sands and stunning blues of the ocean. We walked down to Leroy’s for drinks and food at Julia’s. We made friends, we snorkeled right outside the bottom of the steps. Leiza the manager was checking in regularly and the times we needed her help figuring out anything about the house or the surroundings we got immediate responses. We recommend this place highly!! We can’t wait to come back with the kids! The pictures don’t do it justice!!
