Paya Villa is a luxurious holiday villa situated at the picturesque Mae Ping River, just 20 minutes drive from the city centre, major regional attractions and Chiang Mais international airport.
Surrounded by a tropical garden and edging a large private swimming pool, Paya Villa combines the luxury of a five star hotel with the privacy, space (1,500 square meters) and homeliness of a private residence.
Equipped with all modern amenities and comfort, the villa is delightfully furnished in contemporary Thai style, with solid rosewood floor, teak furniture, high ceilings and air conditioners.
The 2-story main building provides generous space with ample seating and dining facilities for up to 8 guests. Upstairs lie the two master bedrooms with comfortable four-post beds, extra deep sofas and large balconies overlooking the garden and swimming pool. The two large and comfy poolside bedroom villas are equipped with four single beds.
Catering is very flexible: the villa provides two separate fully-equipped kitchens (in traditional Thai style these are a short distance from the villas for your undisturbed convenience) where you can explore your culinary skills, or have our in-house cook prepare Thai meals for you at a very reasonable rate. Outside catering is also easy to arrange.
The outside area with swimming pool and tropical garden offers you magnificent views over the Mai Ping River. Outdoor day-beds, garden benches and our own river dock are an ideal place for you to relax, unwind and enjoy the scenery.
Live-in maid will be taking care and do general cleaning of the villa during your stay.

Summary: A big villa with two additional villas, a very nice garden with your own pool and a view over a quiet river. We loved our stay. Poh guided us with sightseeing and the ladies prepared the food, kept the villa clean and did the laundry. What a luxury! Thanks. It was perfect and unforgettable. The van which was mentioned is not there and had to be booked and paid seperate. Poh took care for it but it gave us additional cost.

Summary: This property was even better than the internet shots. It is truly an oasis. Beautifully set up, had everything you needed. The pool was wonderful. The staff were amazing. Very respectful of our privacy and space and at th same time there whenever you needed anything. The driver is the safest we’ve had. The Thai meals, sensational and a must. The house manager was superb and housekeeper fabulous. The house is definitely one we will be returning to. It had atmosphere and comfort and is a special place. Prye was fantastic with her rapid response time and wonderful communication. She answered all of my queries and more. Thank you!!

Summary: This house is incredible! We were two families - 6 in total and we had ample amounts of space and wished we had brought more friends! The house was extremely clean and tidy. The house manager looked after us nicely and arranged all of our daily activities as well as dinners we asked to be prepared. The driver is a bonus! The food was something you would expect from a fine dining restaurant. Pyre was very easy to work with and even reached out before our arrival. We typically rent a house when we travel and this one is by far one of our favorites. I highly recommend Paya Villa if you are traveling with a large group!
