Summary: This house was wonderful for our large group. We had 15 people. The listing was accurate and the house was located in a good area. We were able to walk to a couple places for breakfast and lunch. Quick drive to broadway. The only thing we had an issue with was the cleanliness of the house. The sheets were clean as were the towels but the actual house itself was pretty dirty. The bathroom had a ton of dust on the walls and the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The rooms also looked like they had never been dusted and the walls were pretty dirty. The location, size and extra night added were great but could definitely use a deep clean.

Summary: Great trip. Great location. Close to downtown. Lots of beds, comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Could have used oven mitts and dish rag. Possibly upgrade TV channels. Great spot for our group of 9 guys.

Summary: The house was perfect for a large family that came to town for a wedding. The location was great and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Uber easily accessible. Large dining room table was a hit for many card games. We didn’t have an iron but when I notified the host they brought one over quickly. Plenty of beds for everyone and 3 showers worked well!

Summary: This rental was just right for our family wedding trip. Everything we needed was there, owner was quickly responsive to a few phone call questions. One suggestion is just to run a couple cleaning cycles on the washing machine to freshen up odor in some baby clothes and blankets we had to wash. Very nice home, tons of space, nice updates.
