Summary: This is our third year staying here- we are 3 adult siblings bringing our spouses, children and our parents! Home is perfect to each have our very own private space with lots is communal space as well. Short drive to great food and beaches! property owner is responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Summary: We overall loved the location! The price was good, the bedrooms were spacious and it was overall a great house! We loved the big living room. He had great communication and came over when we needed him to. The neighbors are my only warning. Ahead to the signs with parking. There was a miscommunication (our fault) about parking with a chef we had hired. The neighbors were nasty, but the owner was really great at coming over and checking on the situation. I would stay in one of his properties again for sure. My only feedback would be to have more toilet paper for the amount of people. Would recommend!!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is stocked with just about everything. The grill came in handy, as well as, the yard games. Nice family bonding experience. Conveniently located near stores and restaurants. Host was very accommodating and quick with communication.
