Summary: Property owner great! Everything was perfect! One of my friends is a house cleaner, she gave a ten on cleanliness. It was perfect for the 3 of us, the in closed porch was so lovely. Would recommend for family with two kids, girls trip and more. Close to everything.

Summary: We had a great time at this house! It was very clean, organized and have all amenities you could need for a stay. It was close to all the local beaches and restaurants and beach pass was a plus too! Our host was responsive and helpful when we needed her. We look forward to return to Kennebunk!

Summary: We had a great family vacation at this house. The house is very clean and comfortable and feels spacious for a 2 bedroom because of the nice screened in porch. The layout worked great for our family and we could watch a movie without keeping our littlest kid up which was great. Also the beds were super comfortable! I am a picky pillow and mattress person and I slept like a baby. We loved being able to walk to dinner at 50 local and easily get to the bakeries in the morning. Shelly had a super clean (and cute!) pack and play and high chair available for us to use which was much appreciated. Overall great stay and would stay again!

Summary: We had a great stay in Kennebunk. Shelly very generously let us use her well equipped, super clean house, which was just the right size for a family with two teenagers. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, with great pots and pans and a wonderful large gas stove. The covered terrace was great for breakfast and dinner and the barbecue worked perfectly. But most of all we loved the fantastic beach equipment! Chairs and beach umbrella included. Kennebunk is a delightful place, with nice little cafés, bakeries and restaurants. Unfortunately we missed the market on Saturday, but we were able to enjoy the free park concert in the park next door. The great beaches are very close by and the parking pass that Shelly provided us with was very helpful. There are so many more details that I can't even begin to list that made our vacation here unforgettable. Thank you Shelly for a wonderful week in Maine!

Summary: This is our second year in a row staying here as a family, and we will be back next year. The house is well stocked and even has beach items to go with the beach pass. I would highly recommend the house for any couple or small family, as well as Shelly, the amazing host.

Summary: We loved our stay! The place is small but super adorable and it fit the 4 of us just fine. We loved the screened in porch and grill outside. Everything from the simple decor to the cleanliness to the location was great. The host was incredibly helpful and gracious. Thank you! We'd all gladly stay again.

Summary: My wife and I had spent multiple years traveling to the Mid-Coast area. We thought a location further south might suit us and found Kennebunk and this property to be perfect. We found the house to be within walking distance the charming downtown shops, restaurants and shops, beaches were a short drive away and the attractions on the southern coast were easily accessible. Shelly’s house is set up perfectly and contained everything we needed. The spacious living room, modern kitchen and the cozy bedrooms were chock full of useful and clever amenities. Our favorite spot was the large screened-in porch where we enjoyed morning coffee an evening Maine thunderstorm. Our host was responsive and helpful when we needed her. We look forward to returning to this awesome property.

Summary: 3 Friends arrived and Shelly made sure we felt welcome. The house was impeccably clean and just perfect. The back screen porch was amazing and our go to almost all of the time. The location was wonderful and we had a great time exploring Kennebunk and all of its beautiful gardens around town. She had lots of information to help with making plans. Great get away.
