Imagen Cleaning Services has been our sole cleaning expert for many years, and her level of commitment and passion for providing exceptional quality & attention to detail is unprecedented. Please keep in mind that our cleaning services generally take a total of 7 hours (inclusive of the outside) with 3 team members, and our cleaning fee is priced accordingly. In order to maintain a quality experience for our guests, the cleaning fee listed is based on week-long reservations or less. We will message our guests with longer trips (beyond one week) as intermediate cleaning services/fees will be applied to the reservation.

As the paper towels and bath tissue supply may not be enough for your entire stay, you may wish to purchase additional toiletries to suit your needs.

After working up an appetite from exploring all of Cocoa Beach, our modern kitchen has everything you could need for cooking and entertainment! The kitchen features quartzite countertops, beautiful backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful backyard views.
Appliances include fridge/freezer, stove & oven with overhead vent hood, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig, coffee maker, electric kettle and blender. The cabinets are also stocked with pots & pans, bakeware, utensils, mixing bowls, dishes, glasses, silverware, coffee mugs, plastic dining sets for children, glass storage containers, dish soap & tablets, sponges, trash bags, hand towels, and kitchen cleaning supplies.
For enjoying your home-cooked or local take-out meals, our grand kitchen seats 2 guests at the counter with an additional 6 at the dining table.

The kitchen flows effortlessly into the living room, where you’ll find comfortable sofa, chairs, a 55” Smart TV and windows throughout. This space is illuminated by natural light and is the ideal place for board games, movie nights, or just spending quality time with loved ones. We also have a cozy corner with a desk and chair for your office needs!

Relax and unwind on cozy furniture overlooking the pool. You will stay cool with 2 ceiling fans and a separate air conditioner unit. There is a smart TV and three barstools and bar railing connected through the kitchen windows.

We have a washer and 2 dryers ready for all your laundry needs.
*** ESSENTIALS ***
The entire home is equipped with high speed 1G WiFi and air conditioning, so you’ll always be cool and connected. There are also ceiling fans in all 4 bedrooms for an extra breeze, as well as air conditioning units in the enclosed porch/game room. Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles in the private driveway. There is no street parking available or permitted.
*** ADDITIONAL AMENITY UPON REQUEST ***
Heated Pool: $19 / night (*available only during the cold season, typically November - April)
*The perfect temperature to heat the pool according to the American Red Cross Aquatic specialists is between 78°F and 82°F (26°C and 28°C), and we heat ours just a bit higher than their recommendations (at 85 degrees). Further, we are not able to heat our pool above this temperature as the high heat causes issues with the pool chemicals. During extremely cold weather in the 40s/50s, the water temperature may be cooler as the heater works against Mother Nature.
