4 Bedroom House in Hope Gardens, Nashville

My gorgeous house with everything you need to enjoy a few days in Nashville! But the best part - Only mins to downtown! Only about an $6 Uber or Lyft ride to the entertainment district!
SORRY. No Bachelor or Bachelorette Parties!!!
Has 4 King Master Retreats with wet-bars, mini fridge, dining and sitting areas and 42" Flat Screen TV's. Each bedroom has its own bath!! The 4th Suite bedroom on the 3rd floor has King bed, Jacuzzi jetted tub, and roof top terrace!
2 covered porches and also a roof top terrace with a great view of the downtown skyline especially at night!!
To get downtown, you have many choices:
Take a 25 minute walk (My favorite! Along the way browse Farmers Market, then checkout Bicentennial park, then take the capital steps up to the State capital building(check out the view!), then on to War Memorial Plaza and your downtown! Just a short walk down Church St to the entertainment district, and you have to walk out on the pedestrian bridge over the Cumberland River just for the view of Nashville!!
- Take a $6 Lift or Uber ride (Second best choice!!)
- Less than 2 mile drive ( but parking will cost you..especially on the busy weekends!)

Summary: Our group of 8 (4 couples) wanted a house that allowed all of us to have our separate space but have a common area to hang out together. This house had this and more. Each King suite is incredible. The beds are super comfy. This house checks all the boxes.

Summary: This is a fantastic home! Comfy beds, quality linens and towels. Super clean. They have truly thought of everything you could need. Rooms have kurig coffee makers with pods and creamers, which was so appreciated. Close to downtown. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Rick for yr hospitality!

Summary: Perfect house for 4 - 60 year old couples. 4 King Suites. Clean and easy access. Short walk to Farmers Market - excellent variety of food and shop vendors. Neighbors Bar and Germantown Pub were short walks for food and drink. Short Uber ride to Broadway. Everything was great for our needs.If you leave Broadway on a Saturday night walk 3-4 blocks away for pickup. Had big problems getting a ride from the nightlife area due to crowds and closed off roads. Other than that, a fabulous weekend!

Summary: Great house, great location! Just a short Uber to Bridgestone arena. The house was perfect for 4 couples as we each had our own privacy but a common space to cook and hang out. We will definitely book this house again!
