Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Communication with host was excellent, home was very clean and really well appointed-we appreciated the toiletries and kitchen staples. Great neighborhood, close to all of the action in Nashville. We highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Summary: We stayed at this property for a long weekend with friends. The house is just as it looks online - beautifully decorated and feels very inviting. The location was perfect - in a quiet neighborhood in walking distance to downtown or a short car ride away. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. We had a wonderful time! The property managers were very good to work with!

Summary: What a wonderful time we had staying at this home in Nashville! Plenty of room, comfy beds, good location, quiet neighborhood, a ping pong table on the screened in porch, games & snacks/drinks available when we arrived. Shawn was very helpful with recommendations prior to our stay & could be reached easily. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The house was beautiful and perfect for our group of nine women. It more than meeted our expectations and was well stocked and spacious. It was also a very easy walk to Broadway (1.2 miles) and many main attractions in Nashville. We hope to return next year!

Summary: We have been planning to celebrate 50 in Nashville for a few years now. When we finally got the final headcount for attendees it was time to look for a house. The pictures for this house were stunning, i was sure it wasn't going to be available for our dates. To my surprise it was and boy did we luck out. The pictures didn't do it justice (and they are nice pictures). The great room just off the kitchen was the best location in the house. We had friends that stayed in another house that would come over to this one just because it was so comfortable and inviting. We played games and ate and laughed and had multiple rooms to escape to. Whether it was on the roof to watch sunsets and take in the beautiful skyline or just sit out on the back lanai and enjoy the lovely weather and play some pingpong. There are two bedrooms on the 3rd floor which were very lovely, i would just recommend that the guests you have stay up there, they don't have breathing issues, as it became a running joke when they would forget something important downstairs. Lovely home in a cute neighborhood, we look forward to staying here again.
