Summary: Our family of four took a weekend to spend in Dallas and this was a great little property. It was really nice to get the country feel but not be too far from all the city activities. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

Summary: What a gem we found to stay at while we visited family in Melissa during Thanksgiving! We’ll definitely try and stay here again when back to see family. The home was tiny, but big in what it offered; great location, private, clean, cutely decorated, well stocked, and comfy and cozy. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Summary: Wifey and I really enjoyed our stay at the Tiny Texan. It was perfect for just the two of us. House is newly built and decorated very well. While the house is out in the country, it is only about a 10 minute drive to all that downtown McKinney has to offer with all the shops and dining spots. And the drive is a very easy one. The experience in staying in a tiny house was a first for us and was very memorable. Couple things to note… being a tiny house, everything is small and tight… the main bedroom was very tight and there is not enough room for any luggage at all. We just left our suitcases on the floor in the main living area. The mirrors in the bathroom are situated in a corner and made it difficult for my wife to put on her make-up and fix her hair. Also note that there are other houses nearby and other people out and about so you don’t have total privacy. All in all, we had a great time in the Tiny Texan and will certainly consider staying here again!!

Summary: My daughters and I had a Mothers Day getaway. The Tiny Texas home was just what we needed. Nice little home on beautiful property. So relaxing and quiet. I highly recommend this place. You are in the country but just 10 minutes to a great downtown, shopping and food.

Summary: Great little hidden gem in the country just outside of McKinney and Melissa. Quiet property with the most adorable tiny home. Very clean and just as pictured!! Minutes away from downtown McKinney area with great restaurants. Nice for a long weekend visiting our kids!!

Summary: We had a great experience at the tiny texas house. Birds during the day and crickets at night. Feels like being out in the country, yet only minutes from 75 freeway. Ac unit over the bed made for a great sleep on hot nights. Highly recommended.
