Wonderful holiday accommodation with the best location in the middle of Köpingsvik. It's hard to get closer to Köpingsvik's fantastic shallow sandy beach. Here you can really enjoy the sea, the beach and the large selection of restaurants. Minimum age limit. You must be at least 25-year age to rent this privately owned apartment that belongs to Solhyddan's holiday complex. Loud parties are not allowed. You have a nice patio with outdoor furniture and charcoal grill where you can see the sea and the jetty. There is an awning that can be folded out if you wish. The apartment, which is very pleasant, has an open living room with a kitchen area/kitchenette and a dining area. Upstairs there is a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa to lean back in. You have a large selection of TV channels available. You sleep in a bedroom on the entrance floor with a double bed. In the living room on the upper floor, the sofa is made into an extra double bed for two. The bathroom is fresh with toilet, sink and shower. It is 4km to Borgholm where you can stroll around and enjoy the atmosphere, the wide range of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. At the campsite right next to it, there is an adventure golf course, restaurant, mini club, bicycle rental and padel court.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
