Summary: The property was average. Very hot with no fans or air-conditioning in the middle of summer. Very uncomfortable sleeping at night. Wish there was a microwave to warm up food easily. Otherwise we made the most out of things.

Summary: The staff assisted all our concerns. Neighbours can be loud but as soon as I escalated it to the staff , it all resolved. The accomodation is very clean ,tidy and spaceous. There was no microwave and that is the only suggestion I can say that the owner should consider to add in for the kitchen/dinning.

Summary: Good location, close to subway and shops, spacious layout and served us well for our short trip. Hard to find the main entrance though.... better signs would be helpful.

Summary: The manager of this property was easy to communicate with. The apartment was nice as well. I am giving the property a 3 star review because it was fee heavy. We had to pay for the use of sheets and towels. However the sheets were not clean. Additionally I still have yet to be refunded my deposit, which hopefully will happen soon, but is taking longer than it should. Finally the neighborhood was not as good as we thought it would be, however it was very close to two train stations. We felt safe but after dark it was a bit sketchy. So as far as being a cool apartment I would give the place 5 stars. However the fees we paid were definitely higher than expected. We paid a large service fee, a large housekeeping fee, and a large fee to use sheets and towels. When the WiFi fee was added in the total per night stay cost doubled from the advertised rate that initially showed up as we were looking for places to stay. I would recommend this apartment to others, but make sure you understand all the fees before booking, and be prepared to wait an unusually long time to be refunded your deposit.
