2 Bedroom House in Alhambra, The Villages

Our Patio Villa is newly remodeled, with Italian tile throughout, new appliances, granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths, french doors and custom plantation shutters. It is fully furnished, and features two bedrooms and two baths. Also included is a four seat golf cart, FREE Internet Service and outdoor gas grill for cooking out.
It has 1200 square feet of living space, screened lanai, and a one and a half car garage. The Villa is located in the Village of Alhambra, which is equal distance between two Town Squares. It's location is close to pools, tennis courts and the Nancy Lopez Championship 27 hole golf course.
Sit back on the lanai and enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast. Play 9 or 18 holes of golf and have lunch at the clubhouse pool bar and grill. Relax in one of the 15 pools and then head down to the Town Square for live music, dancing, and happy hour every night.
Although we love animals our home must be allergy free in consideration of future guests. If you bring a pet on the premises you will be asked to immediately vacate the home and will forfeit your deposit with no refund for the remaining days of your stay in addition to a $1500 fine. (We hate having to write this but have had this policy abused in the past.)

Summary: Great owner that was very responsive. Nice landscaping. Recent back surgery and even found a cane and special pool float that was perfect to use. Home is nicely decorated but not over the top. Enjoyed our stay.

Summary: We had a great stay. Beautiful house and very comfortable. Brad was very responsive to our questions. It was a great place to get acquainted with The Villages. We enjoyed using the cart to get to the golf courses, and grocery store.

Summary: Bathroom fixtures need updating, need HD channels for the TV, and a DVR also. Some might say who watches TV but the fact of the matter is it rains and it does get cold in Jan and Feb. Also need more storage in the bedrooms, dressers perhaps, for the premium price, those are the items that would put it over the edge for a 5 star rating, in my opinion.
