Summary: For anyone looking to stay in The villages this is the perfect place. The villa is clean and has everything you need, you can sit out the back with south facing views onto the golf course, and it's a 5 minute walk to a wonderful pool and country club. There's a big thank you to Sharon, the host, for the help and for making things so easy.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here! The home has everything you need to make your stay stress-free and relaxing! Beautiful lanai and golf course view! Very comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen is well equipped and clean. The owner, Sharon was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had which weren’t many. Overall, a great house in a great location to experience all of what The Villages has to offer!

Summary: Property was beautiful! Home very comfortable with all the amenities! Unfortunately due to COVID-19, we were forced to leave after 2 weeks. The Villages started to close multiple activities and we realized it was time to leave to get home ASAP! I would definitely recommend this property as beautiful home and nice location! Just wished the circumstances were different and we could have enjoyed ourselves!

Summary: Great experience renting this property! Friendly neighbors! Quick golf cart ride to Spanish Springs Square, golf and the pool! A “very” people and pet friendly community. Everything you need is in the home. Fabulous artwork. :) The best part for us was meeting Betty Ann (property owners mom)!
