Summary: beautiful property, excellent location. We walked, albeit up and down some pretty steep hills, to five different beaches and the ensues-la-redonne train station for visits to Marseille

Summary: We loved the house with its wonderful views of the sea, the big terrasse which is perfect for a large group and the very friendly hosts. Would love to come back as soon as possible!

Summary: This was our second stay at this lovely home; we stayed 3 weeks this time. It was so easy for our family and friends to come and go because it's close to Marseilles airport and TGV station. The house is very flexible and didn't feel too crowded with 10, nor too big for 2. There are many things to keep everyone amused - books, musical instruments, toys and games, (and internet of course), and now a nice new kayak to explore the neighbouring coastline. Michรฉle and Philippe are the best hosts, available for every advice and support, from fishing to sourcing delicious local produce. Nearby Carry le Rouet has many good restaurants and shops, though we preferred to cook at home and eat at the large table on the terrace, watching the sun go down behind the hills and listening to the gentle sound of the water in the Calanque. We would highly recommend this home for large families and groups of friends, and we really hope to go back again soon.

Summary: A beautiful house with a lot of space and atmosphere. Especially the area outside is very inviting. The offered service of Michelle and Pierre is way above average. Our son said, he never felt like home so quickly.

Summary: This wonderful villa is situated in a quiet residential area, where the only noise comes from cicadas and the charming Scops owls. Everything we needed is a short drive away โ€“ shops and restaurants, fresh bread, fish, fruit, vegetables, meat.. and itโ€™s a great base to explore the magnificent Cรดte Bleue, Provence, Marseilles and beyond. The home had everything our family needed and wanted. Itโ€™s full of interesting things from all round the world, with lots of games and musical instruments and delightful surprises (nobody really mastered the unicycle โ€“ weโ€™ll have to go back and try again). There was plenty of space for all 7 of us, with a big terrace for dining and lots of shady places to relax. We loved the cabin, the hammock, and of course the plancha for cooking up the daily catch. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we missed nothing at all. The huge room downstairs doubled as a garage for the motorbike and as a grand place to sleep โ€“ how good is that for the biking enthusiast?! Michรจle and Pierre had thoughtfully left groceries, including all the things you need a spoonful of, but usually end up buying by the kilo. And the chilled wine was an excellent welcome on the first evening, thank you! They gave us excellent advice on where to go for wine, olive oil, to eat Bouillabaisse and more, and really helped us with every wish. We enjoyed the daily visit by โ€œLe Chat Noirโ€ too! The villa is just a short stroll from a beautiful small calanque, where the sea is clean, clear and usually calm, and full of sea life. You can swim / snorkel round to the next beach, or you can walk to it over the hill. Visiting in early July, we found the whole area wonderfully quiet, with very few tourists. This lovely villa is a perfect place for a relaxing , and Michรจle and Pierre made our stay absolutely perfect. We can't wait to come back again. Merci Michรจle et Pierre!
